This super easy dough comes out very smooth and rolls out like a dream. The dough does not crack, and is not too dry or too greasy. It has just the right amount of elasticity and give. Perfect for a fruit pie, pecan pie, or as a quiche crust.
Yield: 2 12×16 inch doughs

Hi do you know if I can substitute oil for the margarine?
For pie dough, I would not substitute it with oil.
