Directions

Prepare the Parve Chocolate Ice Cream

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.

  2. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff and peaks form.

  3. In a separate bowl beat yolks, sugar and oil until thick and lemon colored.

  4. Add cocoa and beat until smooth.

  5. Gently fold yolks into whites. Freeze.

Made this for pesach when my family was over ! It was a hit nobody believed that I made my own ice cream !! New level ! The cocoa is just the right amount of chocolate I put it in little glass bowls and froze until ready to use ! I would definently make it again !!
