Get the recipe:
1.5-2 lbs chicken breast
1/4-1/2 cup potato starch, corn starch or flour
2 cups frozen broccoli florets, slightly defrosted
4 dorot garlic cubes
2 dorot ginger cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tb soy sauce, can be low sodium
2 tb teriyaki sauce
2 tb honey
1 cup water
2 tsp toasted sesame oil

Can’t tell you how often I make this recipe so easy and quick. Usually add slice mushrooms. Love the baked rice, make the rice weekly. Tonight skipping the broccoli and using steamed bok choy. Great recipe!

How can I make oven baked brown rice? How much water? How much time in oven?
Yes!
1 1/2 cups rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 Tbsp. oil
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place rice in a baking dish with oil and a sprinkle of salt. Boil water and pour it over the rice in the pan. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour. After baking, fluff with a fork and cover the rice with a towel for 5 minutes (prevents the rice from being mushy).
