Directions

Prepare the Truffles

  1. Chop chocolate and put in bowl. Add cream and melt together in a microwave or double boiler, until completely melted and smooth.

  2. Add ground coconut and mix well.

  3. Refrigerate mixture for an hour or until it reaches a consistency that can be rolled.

  4. Use a teaspoon to take out small pieces of mixture and use your hands to roll pieces into balls.

  5. Dip balls into ground coconut and serve.

Tips:

Toasted coconut can be used for coating to add color.

Notes:

Store truffles in airtight container in refrigerator up to a week. Truffles can be frozen up to a month.

they dont make a lot though, i would double if i were you!
