Directions

Prepare the Tahini Fudge

  1. Add sugar, water, and salt to a saucepan. Heat until a candy thermometer shows 238 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from heat.

  2. Add tahini and vanilla and mix until a paste forms. Add pistachios.

  3. Press into into an eight-inch square pan. Let cool and cut into one-inch cubes.
