Saucy Sesame Chicken

Directions

Prepare the Chicken

  1. Spread mayonnaise onto chicken and coat with crumbs.

  2. Place into a 16- by 10-inch baking pan and cover. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one and a half to two hours, depending on size of chicken.

  3. Combine all ingredients for sauce and pour over chicken.

Variations:

For fried sesame chicken, combine one cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash of garlic powder, dash of paprika, 1/2 cup water, three tablespoons oil, and two eggs. Dip chicken into batter. Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel.

Do u continue to cook the chicken in the sauce for a few minutes or just pour it over

I would cook it for a few minutes so it gets warm and sticky but it's up to. you.

Very Confusing. Recipe has 3 sauces. Recipe states, "Combine all ingredients for sauce and pour over chicken". Which sauce? I, II or III?

Hi! You would choose one out of the three recipes to make :) there are 3 options for you to choose from but you'd only use one at a time!
