Directions

Prepare the Quinoa Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF and line a baking tray with non-stick Gefen Easy Baking Parchment.

  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla. Allow to dissolve then simmer for three minutes. Set aside.

  3. Combine the remaining ingredients (except the cranberries) in a large mixing bowl, pour over the honey mixture and mix well. Spread this evenly over the lined baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring well every 15 minutes. In the last 10 minutes stir through the cranberries.
