Pit the dates, inspect them for evidence of insects. If clean, place them open side up on Gefen Parchment Paper, in rows, to form a square.
Cover the dates with another baking paper and flatten to form a sheet of dates (a rolling pin may be used).
Spread tahini over the dates.
Add nuts on top of tahini.
Break the chocolate bar into squares and put it into a bag. Place the bag into a bowl of boiling water until chocolate is melted.
Cut off the tip of the bag and drizzle chocolate over the nuts.
Lightly sprinkle salt onto chocolate.
Freeze, then cut into squares.
Serve frozen.

What size is the pack of dates? Or how many dates are in the pack?
The package of dates is 8.8oz and there are 10 dates in the pack!
