Easy Sweet and Sticky Chicken and Broccoli

I got this recipe from Faigy Reiner. It’s such an easy way to make this crowd-pleasing favorite!

Easy Gluten Free Meat

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

  2. Toss chicken in cornstarch and spices and place it

on the prepared baking sheet. Then scatter broccoli

around it. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

  3. Uncover, pour duck sauce and sriracha on top, and

    bake for another 30 minutes.

Tips:
This is my foolproof method for oven-fried schnitzel:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pour 1/4 cup oil onto the baking sheet. Place the breaded schnitzel on top. Spray with a bit more oil, if desired. Bake for 20 minutes.

Flip once in the middle. Alternatively, flip each piece on the pan as soon as you remove it from the oven.

Notes:
Using pargiyot is the way this recipe can be cooked for long enough for it to get sticky, sweet, and delicious.
