how can i make this in a pareve version?
I would use non-dairy vanilla yogurt!

The dough can be put in the refrigerated.
how long do I deep fry it for?
Until they're golden brown.
How long do they need to fry for?
Not long- once they start to turn golden brown on one side- flip them over and they'll be done.
