Directions

Prepare the Cream Cheese and Lox Spring Rolls

  1. Spread one and a half tablespoons cream cheese onto each wrapper. Top with a slice of smoked cheese and a slice of lox.

  2. Fold in both sides of the wrapper, then roll to close. Seal with egg yolk.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet and fry spring rolls until golden on each side.

Tips:

These are best made fresh. If you fry them a couple of hours before your party, reheat them uncovered in the oven or on a Sterno.
