Prepare the Buttered Home Fries In Sweet Chili Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly.

  3. Boil unpeeled potatoes for about 15 minutes or until just tender, and drain.

  4. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and transfer to a large baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are browned and crispy on the outside.

  5. In a saucepan, melt the garlic butter and slowly add the chili sauce. Mix until fully combined.

  6. Pour chili sauce over the potatoes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and mozzarella cheese and stick it back into the oven until the cheese is melted.

  7. Garnish with scallions. Serve immediately.
