Wash potato skins. Place potatoes in a pan and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
Cut a slit around the top of each potato and remove as much potato from inside as possible without ripping the skin.
In a bowl, mash the removed potato flesh. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Fill potato skins with the mixture.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until tops start to brown.

What size of can of tuna should I use or is this a kinda experiment with taste idea?
It would be a 6 oz can of tuna but as with any recipe, you can experiment until you find your preferred consistency. All the best! -Chana Tzirel from Kosher.com
