Israeli-Style Schnitzel Fingers
8Â chicken breasts, sliced in half or thinned
6Â eggs
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon zaatar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Gefen Panko Crumbs
1 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs
1 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs

Do you always recommend frying chicken in a cast iron pan? I have never seen that.
Cast iron pans hold heat really well and give the chicken a beautiful, even crisp. But you can absolutely use another heavy-bottomed pan or deep fryer instead.
