1 (16-ounce) bag of cheddar and mozzarella shredded cheese blend

There are lots of other companies that make other varieties of brown rice pastas such as Heaven & Earth https://amzn.to/4bK0Edx which you can find in your local grocery. Other great options are pastas made of rice or quinoa blends.
