Can I use this recipe if I don´t like cottage cheese? Do I have to mix the egg with the shredded cheese?
Hi Ahuva,
Sure, you can substitute the cottage cheese with a different type of cheese, such as ricotta. The egg will bind the ricotta cheese so we recommend not skipping that step. Enjoy!

Can you give some names of brands that sell gluten free lasagna and where I can buy it?
Where can I buy chickpea lasagna noodles?
Rorie recommends Banza – currently unavailable online, but you might be able to find them in a health food store near you. It is certified under the OU. https://www.eatbanza.com/products/lasagna
There are lots of other companies that make other varieties of brown rice pastas such as Heaven & Earth https://amzn.to/4bK0Edx which you can find in your local grocery. Other great options are pastas made of rice or quinoa blends.
