Presenting… Marla’s 4 favorite dressings to spruce up your everyday salad. The Tomato-Basil WOW and Rockin’ Ranch dressings can be prepared simply in mason jar – just shake to combine. The Green Goodness and Hidden-Protein Punch dressings require a blender, but are worth it! Have these on hand to quickly turn any mundane salad into a magnificent meal.
Ingredients for Rockin’ Ranch:
1/4 cup oat or soy milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup non-dairy yogurt (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen)
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
lemon juice to taste
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
pinch of Gefen Black Pepper
