Beef ‘n Broccoli
1 and 1/2 pounds meat, thinly sliced against the grain (oyster steaks or shoulder meat are great options) or pre-sliced stir fry meat
2 tablespoons coconut aminos or tamari sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons oil, divided
6 cups fresh or frozen checked broccoli
sesame seeds, for garnish (optional; omit for Passover)

what can be used in place of orange juice to make more diet friendly?
Rorie uses orange juice as a lower sugar option to honey or sugar. It’s meant to balance the flavor with a tad of sweet but it can be left out.
