What’s Chanukah if we aren’t frying something cheesy?! Esty is here to share with us her latest Chanukah-themed creation that is based on a dish she grew up eating. Enjoy these corn-battered mozzarella sticks that are fried to perfection, and will become the star at your Chanukah table!

Battered Cheese Sticks
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup Mishpacha Flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1Â egg
1 and 1/4 cups milk
18 sticks of mozzarella, cut in half
oil, for frying
Tuscanini Marinara, for dipping

can corn meal be replaced with something else
