Dunja Gulin

Dunja Gulin is a Croatian-based cooking teacher and author of The Vegan Pantry, The Vegan Baker, Fermented Foods and Hummus, among others. She has completed dr. Colin Campbell’s Certificate Program in Plant-based Nutrition.

Her work has been featured in Bon Appétit Magazine, The Times, The Times Weekend, Vegetarian Living, Fabulous Food Summer Special, Marie Claire and the West Country Food Lover Magazine.
