Add this to your barbecue sandwich or enjoy it on its own. Yield: approximately 1 and 1/2 cups

Ingredients

Zingy Peach Salsa

  • 6 peaches

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 jalapeƱo peppers

  • 1/2 purple onion

  • juice of 1/2 lemon (or about 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Gefen Salt

  • 3 bunches parsley, (bug free or cleaned and checked), chopped

Directions

1.

Mince all salad components.

2.

Squeeze lemon over salad and sprinkle salt and parsley.

3.

Toss only prior to serving.
