Warm temperatures call for popsicles all day. Here’s a delicious and healthy breakfast popsicle recipe that your kids will absolutely love.
This recipe yields 10 popsicles.
2 cups plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons organic sugar, such as Heaven & Earth Coconut Sugar
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup granola
Start by adding the sugar, vanilla, and lemon to the yogurt.
Remove one cup of the mixture and blend it with the frozen strawberries and milk until smooth.
Divide the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about half full.
Place in the freezer for one hour.
Remove the popsicles from the freezer and add a layer of granola to each popsicle, leaving room at the top.
Add the yogurt to fill the remaining space.
Place the popsicles in the freezer for about six hours or until completely frozen.
