graham cracker or regular pie crust, homemade or storebought
1000 grams gevina levana – Israeli cheese (dripped overnight)
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
1/2 cup milky whip
caramel
coconut
Whisk all filling ingredients in a bowl.
Pour onto pie crust. For prettier version, use a round foil pan and transfer the graham crust to the foil pan. Press neatly.)
Bake one hour (or additional 10 minutes) on 160 degrees Celsius.
Top with softened caramel. Sprinkle desiccated coconut.

What is milky whip?
It is dairy whip cream. If you are in Israel it is called shemenet metukah lakaseft ×©×ž× ×ª מתוקה לקצפת. Not pre-whipped, but liquid that has to be beaten with a mixer, but in this case you not beat, just add it to the mixture.
