An easy delightful salad with lots of fresh fruit and a grown-up taste.
1 cantaloupe
5 peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 pound grapes, halved
1/2 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Baron Herzog Pinot Grigio or other unsweetened white wine
Cut cantaloupe in half.
Scoop pulp into balls with melon ball cutter.
Add remaining ingredients, toss well.
