Prepare the Cookies

  1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough.

  2. Refrigerate several hours.

  3. Form into balls. Flatten slightly.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate up to 2 weeks. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
