Besides being extremely delicious, these turtles look so cute and are a gorgeous addition to any simchah. Yield: 16 turtles
9 ounces white chocolate
6 ounces caramel cream
7 ounces honey-glazed pecans
crushed nuts
Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 15-second intervals, mixing in between.
Lay out five pecans, one on top as the turtle head and the others as hands and feet.
Spoon one teaspoon chocolate in a circle on top. Top with 1/2 teaspoon caramel cream.
Cover with more chocolate.
Sprinkle on some crushed nuts and refrigerate until set.
