A great treat — individual, easy-to-make desserts with white chocolate cream, strawberries, and lots of whipped cream. You won’t believe how easy they are to make! Yields: 4 large individual cups
strawberry halves
grated Elite White Chocolate
roasted almonds
7 ounces (200 grams) strawberries
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
8 ounces (250 milliliters) heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
5 and 1/3 ounces (150 grams) Elite White Chocolate
3 tablespoons heavy cream
Break white chocolate into squares and put in a bowl. Add cream and melt together in microwave or double boiler until completely melted and smooth.
Pour chocolate cream into bottom of four large dessert cups and freeze 15 minutes until firm.
Meanwhile, cut strawberries into cubes and put in bowl. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix. Let stand about 10 minutes.
Put a generous helping of strawberry cubes into each cup of white chocolate cream.
Put cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla into mixer bowl. Beat on high speed until very stiff peaks form.
Transfer to piping bag with three- fourths-inch (two-centimeter) serrated tip and pipe cream into the top of each cup.
Garnish with strawberry halves, grated chocolate, and roasted almonds.
