Ingredients

White Bean Hummus Dip

  • 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans (white beans), drained

  • 1 tablespoon Gefen Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons prepared hummus, such as Sabra

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Garnishes

  • pomegranate seeds

Directions

1.

In a food processor, blend beans and olive oil until smooth. Add hummus, garlic powder, lemon juice, and honey, blending until smooth.

2.

Transfer to a dipping bowl and garnish with parsley, olive oil, pine nuts, and pomegranate seeds. Serve with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
