Give your usual hummus a slightly different flavor by adding protein-packed cannellini beans for a smooth and creamy dip.
Yield: 1 and 1/2 cups
1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans (white beans), drained
1 tablespoon Gefen Olive Oil
2 tablespoons prepared hummus, such as Sabra
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Gefen Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Honey
chopped fresh parsley
Gefen Olive Oil, to drizzle
pine nuts
pomegranate seeds
In a food processor, blend beans and olive oil until smooth. Add hummus, garlic powder, lemon juice, and honey, blending until smooth.
Transfer to a dipping bowl and garnish with parsley, olive oil, pine nuts, and pomegranate seeds. Serve with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
