This creamy whipped feta spread topped with red onions, olives, and other Greek flavors is delicious served with pita chips, your favorite crackers, or toasted baguettes.
8 ounces feta cheese such as Ta’amti
3 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
2 and 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 cup green olives
1/2 cup Tuscanini Kalamata Olives
1 tomato, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 small onion, sliced thinly
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons oil
In a food processor fitted with the S-blade (or in a bowl using a hand blender), process cheese mixture ingredients until smooth, wiping down the sides every once in a while.
Spread cheese mixture on a wooden board or serving platter.
Layer olives, tomato, cucumber, onion, and pepper on feta.
Sprinkle pepper and oregano over veggies. Add a dash of salt if desired.
Drizzle with oil.
