Watermelon is a summer icon, of course. These refreshing and healthy slushies are delicious for a Shabbos dessert or a fun snack any day. They are very easy to make but do need your attention every once in a while, so make them on a day that you are home.
3 cups cubed watermelon
5 kiwis, peeled and quartered
1/3 cup Gefen Honey (optional)
In a food processor, blend watermelon and kiwis. Add honey if the mixture is too tart for you. Pour into a 9×13-inch pan and freeze for two hours.
Remove pan from the freezer. Using a metal fork, scrape the frozen part of the mixture into fine pieces. Repeat every two hours, three to four times.
