Farro is a nutty whole grain that offers a more complex nutritional profile than white rice or pasta. Combined with the bite of arugula, sweet watermelon, salty feta cheese, and crunchy toasted almonds, it makes for a very tasty salad. A drizzle of balsamic takes it over the top.
