Yield: approximately 4 dozen
3 cups Gefen Ground Walnuts or almonds
1 cup sugar
3 egg whites, slightly beaten or 9 tablespoons Haddar Egg Whites
1/2 cup Gefen Cocoa (optional)
walnut halves, for decoration
Combine all ingredients.
Drop by the teaspoonful onto greased baking sheets.
Press walnut halves on top and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Centers will be soft.
