Jelly is no longer something just to spread on matzo. Enjoy this refreshing, sweet cocktail –whether you eat gebrokts or not!
3 ice cubes, plus more for the glass
2 ounces vodka
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice (reserve 1 lime slice for garnish)
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Forest Fruit Spread
raspberry lime seltzer (lime or plain also fine)
Add three ice cubes, vodka, lime juice, and fruit spread to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for two minutes.
Strain the drink into a glass filled with ice. Top off with seltzer.
Garnish with lime slice and serve.
