6-inch corn tortilla wraps
5-to-6-inch meat sliders (store-bought; important that they fit into the wrap)
parve cheese (your favorite brand; I use Violife)
pickles, such as Gefen
tomatoes
sliced purple onions
thinly sliced red radishes
pickled jalapeno
sliced Gefen Banana Peppers
avocado
microgreens, for garnish
spicy mayo
chipotle sauce
Flatten meat onto a wrap. Spray a frying pan well and fry on both sides.
Top with parve cheese.
Fold over like a taco and top with your favorite toppings and dressings.
