Ingredients

Vegetable Pasta

  • 1 pound California style mixed vegetables

  • 1 package Tuscanini Penne Pasta or other ziti or spiral noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

Prepare the Vegetable Pasta

1.

Sauté onions in oil until golden. Add spices and vegetables. Stir-fry for 10 to 15 minutes.

2.

Add cooked noodles, mixing well.

3.

Reheat on very low flame, mixing occasionally.
