2 large onions, diced
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of Pereg Garlic Powder
1 pound California style mixed vegetables
1 package Tuscanini Penne Pasta or other ziti or spiral noodles, cooked and drained
Sauté onions in oil until golden. Add spices and vegetables. Stir-fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add cooked noodles, mixing well.
Reheat on very low flame, mixing occasionally.
