These cookies are packed with white chocolate and salted macadamia nuts. They might just become your new favorite!
1 cup organic whole wheat flour
1/2 cup organic coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
5 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup Gefen Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Add the whole wheat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and baking soda to a bowl and mix well.
Add the coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla and combine making sure there are no leftover lumps.
Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips.
Using a small or medium cookie scooper, scoop out equal portions of the dough. Slightly press down with a fork.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes (15 minutes will get them a bit crispier).
Remove from the oven, let cool off, and enjoy!

Great recipe. Cookies are very tasty 😋 I like that is made with whole wheat flour and is not overly sweet and greasy like many recipes out there .
can I use regular white sugar?
You should be able to.
