1/4 stick unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1-2 drops vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 light cream or milk
Mix butter until very soft and creamy. Gradually stir in the shifted confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract. Mix to a smooth paste
Add the cream or milk as needed.
