Two-Tone Salmon Skewers

Ingredients

  • 5-6 salmon slices

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 Tbsp onion powder

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp mustard

  • black and white sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

1.

Coat salmon cubes with olive oil. Combine marinade ingredients. Add fish cubes and marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 450°.

Thread 2-3 salmon cubes onto skewer, spaced apart. Sprinkle some cubes with black and some with white sesame seeds.

4.

Place fish onto a lined 9×13-inch baking pan.

5.

Cover and bake for 10-15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 7-10 minutes.
