  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Directions

Prepare the Smoothie Bowl

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cold bowl to maintain creamy texture.

Top with toppings of your choice: – Fresh mango– Coconut flakes– Chia seeds– Fresh banana– Dragon fruit (pitaya)

Variation:

For extra creaminess and nutrition, add a handful of frozen riced cauliflower to the blender.
