Watch this golden latte and a turmeric smoothie bowl come to life here!
1 cup coconut milk
1 cube Dorot Gardens Crushed Ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
pinch of black pepper (Note: a bit of black pepper helps the body absorb turmeric)
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over a low flame, stirring occasionally.
Strain into cup of choice and top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
