2 cans tuna
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 stalk celery, diced
2 tablespoons red onion, diced
1-2 tablespoons herbs (parsley, oregano)
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Dice the celery and red onions.
Combine with all the other ingredients and mix.
