1 frozen pie crust
1 package Muenster cheese
1 can Gefen Chunk Tuna
2 bunches scallions, checked and diced
2 eggs
1/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place cheese on bottom of crust. Spread one bunch of scallions over cheese.
Mash tuna and put on top of scallions. Spread rest of scallions on top of tuna.
Mix together eggs, mayonnaise and milk. Pour over quiche.
Bake for 45 minutes.
