2 jars Tuscanini Tuna
6 soft boiled eggs
2 cups steamed green beans
2 cups steamed asparagus
1 bag white baby potatoes, boiled
1/2 cup Tuscanini Olives
tomatoes on the vine
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
2 tablespoons capers
zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon Maldon salt
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Olive Oil
Mix gremolata ingredients to combine.
To serve family style, lay all ingredients out on a serving tray. Add Tuscanini Tuna on top of the steamed veggies and top with generous amount of caper gremolata.
