It’s like going to Hawaii without leaving the comfort of your home. This salsa is a tropical vacation in a bowl.   Yields 2 pounds

Ingredients

Tropical Salsa

  • 1 medium pineapple, peeled and finely diced

  • 2 medium mangos, peeled and finely diced

  • 1 small red onion, finely diced

  • juice of 2 limes (or about 4 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lime Juice)

Directions

Prepare the Tropical Salsa

Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
