2 flavors of ice cream or sorbet
cubed watermelon
pareve whipping cream
edible flowers
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons melted margarine
3 tablespoons sugar
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar.
Place one scoop of ice cream at one corner of the plate and a scoop of sorbet or a second flavor of ice cream at the opposite end.
Sprinkle a trail of graham cracker crumbs between the two scoops.
Garnish with some cubes of watermelon (or fruit of your choice), dollops of whipping cream, and a couple of edible flowers.
