A quick, fresh, and tasty salad.
8 plum tomatoes, sliced
8 mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
3 to 4 scallions, sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
dash of white pepper
Slice tomatoes into thin rings. Wash mushrooms well, and cut into thin slices. Place tomatoes and mushrooms in a bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over tomatoes and mushrooms. Toss to coat evenly.
