Tomato-Maple Grilled Baby Chicken

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce

  • salt

  • pepper, to taste

Chicken

  • 1 package baby chicken/pargiyot (boneless chicken bottoms), about 1 and 1/2 pounds

Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Place baby chicken in the bag and marinate for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.

Grill on an outdoor grill or grill pan on high for four to five minutes per side until cooked through.

Tips:

These can also be baked in the oven. Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit covered for 25 minutes and uncovered for 20 minutes.

You can also use white meat chicken cutlets, but they will have to be grilled for a shorter amount of time. If baking, bake covered for 30 to 40 minutes until almost done and then broil uncovered for five additional minutes.
