1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup Haddar Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Heaven and Earth Coconut Aminos (or soy sauce)
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons mustard
1 and 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
salt
pepper, to taste
1 package baby chicken/pargiyot (boneless chicken bottoms), about 1 and 1/2 pounds
Combine all marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Place baby chicken in the bag and marinate for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.
Grill on an outdoor grill or grill pan on high for four to five minutes per side until cooked through.
