1 package (1 pound or 450 grams) tofu
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Gefen Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or 1 cube Dorot Gardens Frozen Ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon dry)
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
sesame seeds
Mix together all marinade ingredients.
Cut tofu into cubes and add to marinade.
Marinate overnight or at least for a few hours.
Remove from marinade and grill for a few minutes on each side until pieces look golden brown (if you like it more dried, as opposed to spongy, grill a little longer).
