For this vibrant herby dip, I doctored up Gefen’s new frozen Parsley Garlic & Lemon cubes with a punch of jalapeno, arugula, and cilantro to make an incredible dip that you can use to cook with or dip into. It’s bright, fresh and packed with all the herby goodness.
2 cups washed and checked arugula
20 cubes Gefen Parsley Garlic & Lemon Mix
10 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Cilantro or 1 cup washed and checked cilantro leaves
1 jalapeno, seeds removed
1/3 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Blend ingredients until smooth.
