Ingredients

Creamy Teriyaki

Succulent Balsamic

Zesty Lemon

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 teaspoons rosemary

  • 2 teaspoons basil

Smoked Honey

  • 1/2 cup mustard

  • 1/2 cup Manischewitz Honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/3 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

For the Creamy Teriyaki Marinade

1.

Combine all ingredients. This marinade will leave you with the juiciest grilled chicken I’ve ever come across, and that is not something I say lightly. Try it, and prove me right.

For the Succulent Balsamic Marinade

1.

Combine all ingredients. Deep in flavor, moist and rich, this classic recipe is a definite crowd pleaser.

For the Zesty Lemon Marinade

1.

Combine all ingredients. The lemony zing goes really, really well with the hints of rosemary and basil. The unique flavor combination makes this the perfect marinade for dark chicken cutlets.

For the Smoked Honey Marinade

1.

Combine all ingredients. The delightful combination of sweet and smoky flavors in this marinade never fail to please. When I tested this recipe, the cutlets disappeared as soon as they hit the table. I had to triple the recipe just to keep up with the demand.

Notes:

Here’s a great serving idea. After marinating, grill you chicken then cut into strips. Place in the center of a wrap with avocado slices and parve ranch dressing, such as Tonnelli Ranch Dressing. Fold in both sides, then roll up to wrap.

Each of these 4 marinades are absolutely delicious, easy and have quick prep time. I use dark chicken or pargiyot and they come out perfect every time.

Creamy teriyaki is a weekly favorite here! I even use it for my lo meins too, since it’s so flavorful-and moist!!
