2 Persian cucumbers, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

What are teriyaki noodles? Rice noodles?
Hi Stacey,
Teriyaki noodles are typically regular spaghetti (from wheat) with teriyaki sauce, but you can actually substitute them in this recipe for anything else you’d like, such as rice, quinoa, lettuce or rice noodles.
I hope this is helpful!
